Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between StationScore ("we", "us") and the department or organization that signs up for StationScore ("you"). The person accepting these terms confirms they are authorized to do so for the department. If your department has signed a separate written agreement with us, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Projected scores are estimates

StationScore estimates ISO Public Protection Classification (PPC) scores, and PIAL ratings in Louisiana, as projected scores and class ranges based on the records you enter, your most recent rating report, and our reading of published rating criteria. Projections are estimates only. They are not official ratings, and we do not guarantee any rating, class, score, or insurance outcome. Official ratings are issued only by the rating organization that grades your community.

StationScore is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Verisk, ISO, the Property Insurance Association of Louisiana, or any other rating organization.

Your records

• You own the records your department enters. You can export them at any time.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for making sure you have the right to enter information about your members.
• You give us permission to store and process your records only to provide and improve the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Keep sign-in links private and tell us right away if you think an account was misused.
• Don't try to access another department's records, disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful.
• Only send member links to the member they belong to. Anyone with the link can see that member's training page.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, by card, ACH, or invoice.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• After cancellation, you can still export your records for at least 90 days.

Availability and changes

We work to keep StationScore available and backed up, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may update the service over time. We'll give notice of changes that materially reduce what your plan includes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, StationScore is provided "as is", and our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any rating, class, or insurance outcome.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where the law of your state must apply.
