- Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?
- Yes. We send a quote, W-9, and certificate of insurance for board approval, and invoice annually. Card and ACH both work.
- Is the projected ISO PPC score guaranteed?
- No. It's an estimate shown as a range, based on your last PPC report and the records in StationScore. Your official class always comes from ISO (or PIAL in Louisiana).
- Do our members need to install an app?
- No. Members confirm training by tapping their personal link. Only the chief and training officers sign in to the full site.
- What happens to our records if we cancel?
- You can export everything at any time, including attachments. Your records belong to your department.
